Change of Mind?

It happens! We’re here to assist if something doesn’t feel right.

We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that the item is sellable, we will accept the return within 14 days of date of purchase. If we determine that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), we will assess who caused the damage. Then we decide if you are eligible.

We will offer a credit note or exchange for products returned within 14 days of purchase and in a saleable condition and/or in the original packaging. The item/s must be in all their original packing, including all box inserts and packaging, and be in new/unused condition. We will not accept product returns without all the original packaging.


Product Damaged on arrival 

If for any reason you believe that your goods have been damaged in delivery, email us to within 24hrs from the receipt of goods. Please include detailed images depicting the damages including the exterior of the box/packaging.


Faulty Product

Faults with our products are rare but if you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with us immediately using our contact page or via email.



To initiate an exchange contact us at within 14 days of receiving your item.

You’ll need to return the piece to our warehouse as instructed by our team and once the goods arrive safely and in saleable condition and in the original packaging we can commence the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
