All orders are subject to availability. Upon receiving the Sales Order, Bailehomme reserves the right to accept, terminate or cancel the Sales Order for any reason whatsoever, even after payment has been made by the customer. Our Customer Service Team will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Bailehomme strives to use the best materials in its final products. The products do contain natural materials and the actual product may differ from images on the website. Blemishes and slight imperfections can occur. This is not considered a defect in manufacturing, but a by-product of a unique and natural piece. Please read our Product Care page for more details.

Payment can be made by the online facilities provided or via bank transfer. If the customer encounters any issues with the payment options, do let us know at hello@bailehomme.com or via the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Our terms and conditions and all purchases shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Sale and Promotional Period Terms & Conditions

  • No refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items
  • No negotiation is entertained and prices are final
  • $80 Delivery fee applies for orders under $300 
  • Orders can only be held in our warehouse until 5 August 2023
  • Cashless payment methods only
  • Delivery is applicable to 1 location only. Should another delivery address be included separate charges will apply.
  • Self collection is welcome during our showroom opening hours.
  • Should you need to reschedule your delivery get in touch with us with an advance notice of 3 working days from the date of the scheduled delivery else a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • The customer is responsible for conducting access checks (lift access, height limitations etc and obtain relevant permission if required (from MCST) for our delivery team to deliver the furniture. On an attempt our delivery team is turned away or the items don't fit a second delivery charge of $120 will occur.
